CANCELLATION POLICY with TERMS & CONDITIONS

• One Night Retention on cancellation, 7days prior to Check-In.
• Full Retention on cancellation, 3days prior to Check-In.
• Advance payment to secure a booking (Conditions apply)
• We encourage / accept bank transfer by cash / cheques / Card
• Cheques are not accepted as payment unless received by the hotel no later than 20 working days prior to arrival date as a full pre - paid deposit.
• Valid credit card is required on check - in or by cash payment.
• Card accepted are Debit Cards, Master Card, Visa even pre-arranged voucher accepted.
• Check out time is 11.00 am / Check in 11.59 pm

• AC Extra Bed 300/-
• Service Charge 10/-
